Forgive the relentless trumpet-blowing, but I thought I’d share this one:
An absolutely riveting book . . . . a gobsmacking indictment of a global conspiracy that makes City bonuses seem like small change.
– The Herald
This is actually taken from two separate reviews in The Herald – the bit before the dots comes in a review by Ian Macwhirter on January 8th, and the bit after the dots from a review yesterday (January 19th) by Ian Bell. (I’m currently consulting to check that it’s acceptable to cobble quotes together like this.)
OK, I’ve now consulted, and it seems OK.
I was at your talk. The link above has been side-tracked by the Gordon Brown Abuse Society. It’s a review of Mr. Endofboom&bust’s book.
