Anagram of the day: Caymans

Posted by: Nick Shaxson in: Thoughts

Caymans = Any Scam.

Titter. I just made that up, with the help of this. I’m sure I’m not the first.

Or, a bit more lamely, Cayman Islands = I: Many Scandals

Slightly less titter-worthy, on the Isle of Man’s willingness to give up information

Isle of Man = Lame Infos

Or

Isle of Man = Mason Life. See the Life Offshore chapter of Treasure Islands to see what this is all about. That’s enough. I’ve got quite enough work to be getting on with. . . .

And Jersey is an anagram of “E, yes, RJ”.

(RJ = Reg Jeune, the former Methodist local preacher who started the island down the road to financial services)

If you want to hear some juicy stories about the Isle of Man, read some articles that the Celtic League and Mec Vannin have published.
