City of London like a medieval city-state, reloaded

Posted by: Nick Shaxson in: Thoughts

In June I blogged an incredibly important report looking at the City of London and its economic impact on the UK, by the Center for Research on Socio-Cultural Change (CRESC.) I was looking for it this morning, but it came up nowhere on my Google searches. Normally, my blogs rank high enough on Google to find quickly, so this was a tad annoying. An internet glitch, I am sure – these things happen.

I am putting this blog up simply in an effort to push it back up the Google rankings, as I think it’s important, and I know I will want to find it again in future.

For those who haven’t read the report, I recommend it. If you’re far too busy to read the whole thing, then try my summary of some of its key points.

Update: the internet search on the original report seems to work better now. Still, I’ll leave this here as I’m sure that this will help boost this important CRESC report up the rankings.
